Our paired machines are designed for attaching snap fasteners to trousers, coats, shirts, overcoats and bags.

The 61-model snap fastening system consists of male and female machines. The female 300/Y machine attaches the cap and spring components. Interchangeable dies and feed channels are available for cap sizes from 12.5 mm to 17 mm. The 300/M machine attaches the male component with the same operating features.

These paired machines are ideally designed for snap fastening applications on trousers, coats, shirts, overcoats and bags. The pressure can be adjusted automatically according to the fabric, enabling operation on a wide range of materials with approximately 1% waste and a target defect rate of 0%. The daily production capacity is approximately 35,000 to 40,000 snap fasteners.
