Wide-Base Lever-Operated Impact Press KM 650

The KM 650 lever-operated impact press is manufactured from durable cast iron and precision-machined by our experienced team using CNC equipment. Its two-piece cast body provides adjustable working height, while critical steel components are heat-treated for strength and long service life.

The machine is easy to operate. Once the upper and lower dies are installed, the center and height settings can be adjusted for accurate alignment. After placing the material and accessory in the die set, the fastening operation is performed by pulling the lever.

Changing the die takes approximately one minute. Routine maintenance is simple: keep the moving surfaces clean and lubricate them regularly with suitable machine oil.

Adjusting the Body Position

The body of the KM 650 manual impact press can be adjusted vertically and rotated 360 degrees around the column shaft. Loosen the collar wing nut and body fixing screw, position the body at the required height and angle, and securely retighten both fasteners before operation.

Applications

The KM 650 is suitable for attaching eyelets, rivets, snaps, covered buttons, hooks and similar accessories. It can be used in textile, leather, footwear, bags, banners, signage, packaging, window and door systems, automotive components, electrical assembly, cosmetics and toy production. Different operations can be performed on the same machine by changing the die set.
