The Kanmak KM 6100 is a fully automatic two-machine set for fastening the male and female components of 7.5–21 mm baby snaps. It offers automatic feeding, fabric-thickness pressure adjustment, laser positioning and an electronic production counter.
Depending on the fabric and snap model, the system can complete approximately 35,000–40,000 fastenings in an eight-hour shift with an average waste rate of approximately 2%.
The KM 6100 is a fully automatic two-machine set designed for fastening the male and female components of baby snaps. One machine fastens the female component with its spring and pierced cap, while the second machine fastens the male component.
The system works with baby snaps from 7.5 mm to 21 mm. It can process painted and unpainted metal snaps as well as selected pearl-effect and glass-look models. The adjustable feeding and fastening system supports many fabric types without requiring constant product selection.
Depending on the fabric and snap model, the KM 6100 can complete approximately 35,000 to 40,000 fastenings in an eight-hour shift. The average waste rate is approximately 2% under suitable production conditions.
The machine delivers consistent results for babywear, womenswear, workwear, shirts and underwear production.
The KM 6100 uses hardened steel working parts and dies. Metal surfaces are hard-chrome plated, while the body has a durable powder-coated finish for resistance to moisture and impact. Each machine provides up to 1,000 kg of pressing force and is designed for continuous industrial operation.
