The Kanmak KM 500 Motorized Snap Fastening Machine is a quiet, high-performance press designed for professional accessory attaching applications. Its cast-iron body is precision-machined on CNC equipment and manufactured under controlled production standards.

Quiet, Stable and Precise Operation

The spindle operates inside a specially machined bushing system designed to prevent play and keep accessories aligned during fastening. The KM 500 is supplied with a 15-year warranty against spindle play, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Its geared eccentric drive delivers a controlled, repeatable stroke. This system helps protect dies, coated or decorative accessories and the workpiece. It also provides reliable results on flexible fabrics such as knitted materials.

Wide Range of Accessory Applications

With the appropriate dies, the KM 500 can attach snap fasteners, eyelets, rivets, buttons, hooks, baby snaps, decorative studs and similar textile or leather accessories. Special dies can also be used for punching, cutting and attaching trouser or boot hooks.
