The KM 6300 is a fully automatic eyelet and washer setting machine. It punches the material and fastens the eyelet with the washer in a single operation, helping the operator complete production quickly and consistently.
The machine works with metal eyelets as well as plastic eyelets and plastic washers. Depending on the application, it can operate with or without a washer. This flexibility makes the KM 6300 suitable for textiles, leather goods, footwear, curtains, bags, belts, labels and similar products.
Depending on the material, eyelet size and operating conditions, the KM 6300 can complete approximately 30,000 to 40,000 fastening operations in an eight-hour shift. The automatic feeding system and integrated punching process support continuous production.
The KM 6300 uses hardened steel working parts and dies. Metal surfaces are hard-chrome plated, while the body has a durable powder-coated finish for resistance to moisture and impact. The machine provides up to 1,000 kg of pressing force and is designed for continuous industrial operation.
