Automatic Three-Model Rivet Fastening Machine KM 5300

The KM 5300 is a versatile automatic riveting machine designed to fasten three different rivet configurations in a single production system. It is suitable for garment, denim, leather, footwear, bag and accessory manufacturing.

The standard configuration supports multiple rivet components, including capped, countersunk and stud-type applications. Each product type uses its own dedicated die set and feeding channel for consistent operation.

Optional tooling can be supplied for 12.5 mm and 8 mm rivets, allowing the machine to be adapted to additional product types and production requirements.

Easy Product Changeover

The KM 5300 is designed for simple operation and fast product changeover. Feeding channels, dies and pressure settings can be adjusted for each component, helping the machine maintain reliable performance across different materials.

Production Capacity

Depending on the material and accessory type, the machine can process approximately 3,500 pairs of trousers in an eight-hour shift, with an average waste rate of approximately 1–2%.
