Fly Screen Eyelet Fastening Machine

The Kanmak KM 400S Fly Screen Eyelet Fastening Machine is a locally manufactured, electronically controlled press designed for fastening and punching eyelets on fly-screen materials. The machine places the upper and lower eyelet components into the dies and completes the operation through pedal-controlled pressing force.

Controlled Power and Durable Construction

The KM 400S uses a shock-action operating system. Its steel body, stainless-steel spindle and self-lubricating red-bronze bushing provide durable, stable operation. The 2 kg copper-wire coil and cooled operating system support intensive workshop use.

Pressing power can be adjusted electronically from 0 to 99 according to the accessory and material. The digital counter records the number of completed operations.

Wide Range of Applications

With the appropriate dies, the machine can be used for fly-screen eyelets, snap fasteners, rivets, buttons, baby snaps, hooks, decorative studs, punching and cutting. It is suitable for textiles as well as leather, belts, shoes, bags, hats, tarpaulins, vehicle upholstery and other thick materials.
